Move Magic™ is CSI’s vanguard moving and storage system. This comprehensive software package fully integrates all components of a move from the initial lead through billing, revenue distribution, and claims. It is used as the communication tool between relocation coordinators, dispatchers, planners, accounting personnel, and the agency’s clients. Not only is it the mission-critical program that coordinators use to prioritize their workload and to manage all moves, but it also provides management with analytical reports such as job status, reciprocity, tonnage, and job costing. Information can be accessed by clients via the web or by extract files uploaded into client systems.
