Move Magic transfers information to and from the UniGroup Upload Download System. Registration requests are uploaded to UniGroup and are then, as required, manually moved from estimate to booked job. Once the job is booked, additional notes can be uploaded to UniGroup.

Shipment updates, notes, ratings data, and distribution data are downloaded into Move Magic. Your settlement file is also automatically downloaded for your reconciliation processing.

This processing is governed by a 24/7 routine and has an activity log letting you know which files were received or sent.

Move Magic creates upload files
that can be imported into several accounting packages.

    The upload is customized for each client depending upon the accounting package and the client needs.

Registrations booked in the Atlas System download to Move Magic quickly. Your Long Distance Planner and Job Coordinators are notified when new bookings, updates, hauling decisions, driver assignments and other changes are downloaded.

When the settlement file is downloaded, Move Magic reconciles what is paid to what was expected, and flags discrepanies for accounting review.
